GodlyCounsel Mental Wellness Clinic provides psychotherapy for individuals navigating complex emotional, relational, medical, and systemic challenges.
We work collaboratively with physicians, allied health professionals, and community organizations to ensure patients receive comprehensive, contextually responsive, and clinically grounded mental health support.
Support Line 24/7
Our work is integrative, flexible, and tailored to the individual.
We draw from a range of evidence-based and experiential therapies, including but not limited to:
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
• Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
• Internal Family Systems (IFS)
• Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)

This approach allows us to respond to the complex and evolving needs of each client, rather than relying on a single therapeutic model.
We also incorporate:
• Culturally responsive and anti-oppressive practice
• Holistic, client-centered care
• Strength-based and resilience-oriented approaches
Our clinical philosophy prioritizes flexibility, cultural context, and whole-person care in the treatment of complex mental health presentations.

This ensures that care is not only therapeutic, but also structurally aware and contextually relevant.
